Description: These shoulder strap covers protect baby’s neck from being bitten by the sharp seat belt straps on the car seat, and offer a cushy pad to nap against. The Tunisian Knit Stitch is used to make these very thick and cushy with a "knitted" look. Pattern is also available in my blog.
